It didn't take me long to find a house while searching with him. He also lined up a very professional home inspector for the home inspection. I am happy with my home buying experience with Waco.

This was critical for us as we live on the East Coast and any time an issue came up, Waco could turn to his team of Wade, (his highly-skilled technician) or Whitney, (the marketing and estate sale expert) or any number of hand-picked (and reasonably priced) service providers to repair/maintain the home such as plumbers, electricians, and pool maintenance to respond quickly. The team had the house staged beautifully and we had offers starting the first day and a signed contract within four days at full price. But what really touched our heart was Waco’s sensitivity in dealing with an estate issue, understanding our family loss and showing utmost respect. We highly recommend Waco for your property sale!

This transaction was not without its challenges, not the least of which was that it was essentially performed long-distance. That didn't daunt him. Difficult selling environment? Handled. Some issues w/the property we're selling? He helped find solutions. Wife getting laid off as soon as the loan went to underwriting? He helped keep us calm as we worked through the changes that were required as a result. But besides the challenges he helped us work through, there are two huge comfort layers that he provided as our agent - A) Abby was comfortable with him, and B) he has an army of "people". I don't think there's any aspect of home buying/ownership that he doesn't have a vendor to help with - even smallish things like pet doors - and every single vendor that he's referred us to has been both easy to work with and highly complimentary of him. Nobody seems to have a bad word to say about him, and frankly, we don't, either. If you need to buy or sell a home in the Tucson area, hit him up. He just helps finds solutions.

He was so attentive and responsive through every step of the process. I appreciated that he went out of his way to search for all the homes that met my criteria to be sure I was putting an offer on the one that was the best fit. He advised me of the best offer to make, supported me through inspection and advocated for me with requesting repairs from the seller before closing (all requested repairs were paid for by the seller!). He even picked up and delivered my keys! Waco has such a breadth of experience in home remodeling, I felt really reassured by his assessment of the recent remodel of my new home. Our last home purchase and move was 24 years ago in another state so there were many issues to address and Waco Starr helped us throughout.

I had to move out of state when the house went on the market and Waco made sure the house stayed in good shape in my absence and took care of everything locally so that I was able to close from out of state without needing to return.

We had no contacts in the area. We were on realtor com and we contacted 2 realtors to set up visits. Within a few hours Waco responded and we set up the visit. Ever since Waco has helped us with many issues and information we needed assistant with. We are blessed to know him

He did an excellent job with promoting my house on Instagram and did several open houses in 1 week because we needed a quick sale. His efforts were very appreciated and he is a very kind person. Will give Waco all the recommendations I can.

I buy and sell land, and I recently purchased a piece of land south of Tucson. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not consulting with Waco before buying the property. The land had more problems than I had anticipated, and when I tried to sell it, it was quite challenging. In fact, Waco was the second agent I hired for this property. The first agent refused to do the things I had asked for, such as putting a sign on the property. When I was referred to Waco, he did an excellent job putting a sign on the property and a sign on the street to direct potential buyers towards it. Even though this property was a challenge, Waco worked with me for a year, always remaining positive and encouraging throughout the entire process. I'm happy to report that we just closed on selling the property to a really nice buyer who is going to use it for recreational purposes. Thank you so much, Waco! I reached out to them to help me assist my mother in getting my grandmother's home sold. Not an easy thing for my mom to sell her childhood home, but it was time and really couldn't keep up with the upkeep of the home. Waco and his team were compassionate and really understood the overall situation and difficulties of letting go this property. They ensured our family would be taken care of. The team was in constant communication with myself, my sister who lives out of state and my mother. Either through text messaging, emails or even phone calls. If one of us had a question or needed clarification or guidance, the Starr team was very responsive, and answered everything we gave them. They worked magic, in my opinion to get the house quickly sold, which to be honest, if this had taken a long dragged out process, I'm not sure mom would have let the house go.
